Over the course of a powerful week, we will focus on mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery, the key pillars of peak performance. Hosted in in the luxurious Negroponte Resort Eritrea in Greece you will have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, private beach and on-site gym.
The Schedule
Sunday
* Arrival Day Welcome to Optimise Your Fitness Training Camp! Arrive, settle in, and get ready for a week focused on elevating your fitness and wellness.
• Airport Transfer: We’ll arrange your seamless transfer from the airport to our beautiful camp location.
• Welcome Dinner: Meet your fellow participants and coaches at our welcome dinner. Get briefed on the week ahead, set your goals, and enjoy a nutritious and delicious meal to kick off your journey.
Monday - Training Day 1
• Sunrise Swim & Corrective Exercise Session (7:30 AM): Start the day with a refreshing sunrise swim focused on proper technique, followed by corrective exercises to enhance movement patterns and prevent injury.
• Breakfast (9:00 AM): Energise with a breakfast designed to fuel your morning training.
• Core, Balance & Plyometric Training Workshop (10:30 AM): Work with coaches to build core strength, balance, and explosive power. This session will include exercises to increase agility, stability, and overall body coordination.
• Lunch (12:30 PM): Enjoy a balanced meal to replenish and prepare for the afternoon.
• Nutrition & Supplementation Workshop (2:00 PM): Discover key principles of sports nutrition, meal timing, and supplementation strategies to support optimal performance and recovery.
• Relaxation Time (4:00 PM): Unwind with optional guided meditation or use the time for personal rest.
• Dinner (7:00 PM): Re-fuel with a healthy meal prepared to boost recovery.
Tuesday - Training Day 2
• Sunrise Swim & Corrective Exercise Session (7:30 AM): Another early swim session focusing on refining form, combined with corrective exercises for mobility and injury prevention.
• Breakfast (9:00 AM): A nutritious breakfast to support the intense training day ahead.
• Speed, Agility & Quickness Training Workshop (10:30 AM): A high-energy session targeting agility and quickness through drills and exercises that improve responsiveness and speed.
• Lunch (12:30 PM): Enjoy a meal crafted to fuel your body’s recovery.
• Physical Recovery & Regeneration Workshop (2:00 PM): Learn about foam rolling, stretching techniques, and active recovery methods to reduce soreness and promote muscle repair.
• Relaxation Time (4:00 PM): Optional massage therapy sessions available or simply rest by the pool.
• Dinner (7:00 PM): End the day with a balanced meal and socialize with fellow participants.
Wednesday - Challenge Day 1
• Breakfast (9:00 AM): Fuel up for a day of adventure and challenge.
• Mountain Hike Treasure Hunt (10:00 AM): Embark on a mountain hike that combines fitness and fun. As you navigate trails and natural obstacles, you’ll search for hidden treasures as a team, adding a mental and physical challenge to the experience.
• Lunch (on the hike, around 12:30 PM): Enjoy a packed, nutritious lunch surrounded by breathtaking views.
• Relaxation Time (4:00 PM): Return to camp for some much-deserved rest or engage in gentle yoga to stretch and relax.
• Dinner (7:00 PM): Share stories from the hike over a hearty meal.
Thursday - Training Day 3
• Sunrise Swim & Corrective Exercise Session (7:30 AM): Begin with a swim to wake up the body and perform targeted corrective movements to support strength training.
• Breakfast (9:00 AM): Breakfast to fuel a strength-focused day.
• Olympic Lifting & Resistance Training Workshop (10:30 AM): Learn proper technique in Olympic lifts and resistance training exercises, building foundational strength and power safely and effectively.
• Lunch (12:30 PM): A balanced meal to support muscle recovery and preparation for the afternoon.
• Stress Management Workshop (2:00 PM): Dive into techniques for stress reduction, including breathing exercises and mindfulness practices that support both mental and physical performance.
• Relaxation Time (4:00 PM): Wind down with optional activities or private relaxation time.
• Dinner (7:00 PM): Recharge with a meal focused on replenishment and relaxation.
Friday - Training Day 4
• Sunrise Swim & Corrective Exercise Session (7:30 AM): A final morning swim with corrective exercises to prime the body for the day’s workout.
• Breakfast (9:00 AM): A wholesome breakfast to fuel you for a challenging day.
• Metabolic Energy System Development Training Workshop (10:30 AM): High-intensity drills that target aerobic and anaerobic systems, designed to push endurance and improve energy system efficiency.
• Lunch (12:30 PM): Nutritious lunch to help you recharge.
• Sleep Workshop (2:00 PM): Understand the impact of sleep on performance and recovery. Learn strategies to optimize your rest for better physical and mental gains.
• Relaxation Time (4:00 PM): Optional yoga session or personal downtime.
• Dinner (7:00 PM): Enjoy a satisfying meal to support recovery.
Saturday - Challenge Day 2
• Breakfast (9:00 AM): A light, energising breakfast to prepare for an active day on the water.
• Boat Trip & Water Sports Challenge (10:00 AM): Embark on a boat adventure that includes water sports challenges such as paddleboarding, snorkeling, and a timed relay, combining fun with fitness.
• Lunch (on the boat, around 12:30 PM): Refresh with a packed lunch amidst scenic views.
• Relaxation Time (4:00 PM): Upon returning, unwind with a gentle stretch session or personal relaxation time.
• Dinner (7:00 PM): Share highlights from the day with friends over a final dinner.
Sunday - Departure Day
• Breakfast (9:00 AM): Enjoy your last breakfast at camp.
• Transfer to the Airport: We’ll ensure you have a smooth transfer back to the airport. Depart with newfound knowledge, inspiration, and an optimized approach to fitness.

David will be joined on this training camp by Wez Pooley, Performance Director at Muhdo Health and a former Premiership Football and National Team Strength & Conditioning Coach.
